We ship in plain white bubble envelopes or cartons that bear no markings at all that would possibly invade your privacy.

We provide free priority international shipping via national postal services. Tracking options are also available and for some destinations it is mandatory due to the difficulty with local postal services.

Transit

The transit delays indicated for each shipping service option during checkout are the official delays.

During the end of year season and especially during December we will adjust according to what we experience at that time. That is, the standard shipping delay to twice the normal time. This is due to postal service overload and especially Custom delays.

VAT & Customs

No VAT is charged for export outside of the European Union (EU). Be aware that you should comply with local customs formalities should they ask.
